From accountant to automator. Emanuel Flury spent 9 years building enterprise automation inside a Fortune 500 company — in finance and operations, where processes have to add up.
In 2023, in his own fiduciary firm, he faced the problem many Swiss SMEs know: 60-hour weeks, around 20 of them pure admin. He built the systems Skopa now sells for himself first — and recovered around 27.5 hours per week in his own company.
